During the 3-day GLUE Amsterdam Connected By Design route we will show you a well-balanced, strictly curated and sustainable collection of unique pieces of 20TH century design, art and furniture featuring ‘Cocoon Collectables’ by Sander van Eyck. As guest exhibitors Cocoon House welcomes: Van Besouw showing ‘Floor Jewels’ by designer Roelfien Vos, contemporary art photography by Pam Kat, visual artist Sander Reijgers showing his abstract, layered and colorful paintings.
We are introducing a brand new sofa bed: the KLASTER.
KLASTER consists of 3 sofa bed modules which can be freely combined into any number of exciting configurations. The sofa bed could be used perfectly in a stand-alone configuration. Available in ‘3seater’ (width 195 cm) or in ‘Chaise Lounge’ (width 98 and 130 cm).
In the former port area of Westerdok in Amsterdam, Sander van Eyck (Cocoon Living) designed the interior of a 160m2 city apartment. For this eclectic interior, atmospheres were combined and contrasts highlighted, but surprisingly enough it comes all together in one beautiful whole. Vintage design items by Cocoon Collectables.
Just in, a complete three-part set of the BZ28/29 by Gerd Lange for ‘t Spectrum, 1970. This typical Space Age design by ‘t Spectrum in the 1970s is in good vintage condition. One rarely finds these pieces in such condition with the original moulded plastic armrests. This set has its original white velvet upholstery, to keep is as original as possible. The curved and bulky shapes specify the space age era.
