Description
Camille Breesch was an artist and artisan with a small company in the Limburg province in Belgium. All his lamps are made in natural stone, mostly combined with brass. Often travertine but also Carrara marble, both from Italy. The company was active in the 1970s and 1980s. Most of the lamps have a metal label on the front of the base with the name Camille Breesch on it. Often it is a plastic label or a sticker. Sometimes nothing.Â
Travertine is a form of limestone.
